Overview
Complete turnkey and added-value box build, line-replaceable unit (LRU), and ATR chassis manufacturing. We integrate displays, PCBAs, power supplies, wire harnesses, and mechanical enclosures into tested, qualified units ready for installation. Programs span build-to-print (BTP), build-to-order (BTO), configure-to-order (CTO), JIT, Kanban, and vendor-managed inventory (VMI) with drop-ship fulfillment from 300 pieces minimum order. US-based design engineering oversight on China-based volume manufacturing for cost-effective production from prototype samples and first-article through full-rate. Compliance testing (UL, CE, FCC), regulatory certifications, and qualification testing (Shock, Vibration, Thermal ESS) performed in house. Parametric, functional, and calibration testing with in-process Pareto charting, SPC data / histogram reviews, and QA in-process audits.
