Overview
Polytronix manufactures ruggedized operator displays, mission-system electronics, control panels and bezels, integrated tactical LRUs, PCB assemblies, cable and harness systems, and complete box-build hardware for ground control stations (GCS), unmanned aerial systems (UAS), portable mission computers, and field-deployed tactical interfaces. From the operator console to the antenna mast and from the command shelter to the dismounted operator, our manufacturing solutions support persistent situational awareness, mission-critical performance, and decisive tactical action while keeping operators out of harm's way.
Our hardware is engineered for the operating envelope of unmanned systems and tactical ground stations: extended-temperature operation, sustained vibration during transport and field deployment, full direct-sunlight readability, NVIS compatibility for darkened mission operations, EMI shielding for coexistence with high-power radios and sensor emitters, and rapid deployment with minimal logistics footprint.
We deliver sunlight-readable ruggedized LCDs, optically bonded mission displays, backlit control panels per MIL-DTL-7788 and QPL-7788, switch bezels and integrated control panels, and complete electro-mechanical mission consoles built to MIL-STD-810 environmental, MIL-STD-461 EMI/EMC, MIL-STD-704 aircraft power, and MIL-STD-1275 vehicle power profiles.
Polytronix supports prime contractors, system integrators, and operators of UAS, autonomous ground vehicles, counter-UAS systems, and tactical command-and-control architectures. We manufacture for fixed-base GCS consoles, portable command stations, vehicle-mounted operator interfaces, dismounted soldier hardware, and field-deployable mission boxes. Modular, payload-agnostic designs adapt to diverse mission needs, supporting manned-unmanned teaming, multi-domain command and control, and operations in austere, low-visibility, and GPS-denied conditions.
Manufacturing workflows are ITAR-controlled with U.S.-person staffing, MIL-STD-130 marking, and serialized configuration control supporting Tier-1 defense prime contractors and DoD direct customers. Our PCB assembly, cable and harness, box build, instrument panel, and display manufacturing capabilities are integrated under a single configuration-controlled workflow, with workmanship performed and certified to IPC-A-610 Class 3, IPC J-STD-001, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 2/3.
