From the cockpit to the cabin, Polytronix manufactures custom flight deck displays, cabin interfaces, crew alerting panels, backlit instrument panels, integrated electro-mechanical LRUs, PCB assemblies, cable and harness systems, and complete box-build avionics units for commercial airline and regional aircraft fleets. Our manufacturing scope covers primary flight displays (PFDs), multi-function displays (MFDs), engine indication and crew alerting system (EICAS / ECAM) displays, secondary and standby instruments, cabin management system (CMS) interfaces, passenger displays, and equipment-bay avionics LRUs, built around passenger safety, operational efficiency, maximum aircraft availability, and reliable connectivity from nose to tail.

We deliver sunlight-readable ruggedized LCDs, optically bonded display modules, NVIS-compatible night vision compliant assemblies, MIL-DTL-7788 and QPL-7788 backlit panels, ARINC 404/600 equipment trays, RF and coaxial assemblies, and aircraft cable harnesses built under IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 2/3 supporting ARINC 429, ARINC 664 (AFDX), DVI, Ethernet, databus, and ARINC 600 interfaces. We support new build, retrofit, and Service Bulletin programs with full configuration control, serial traceability, and FAA Part 145 repair station services.

AS9100D-certified manufacturing combined with MIL-DTL-7788 environmental alignment and DO-160 qualification ensures display, panel, and LRU reliability under the temperature, humidity, vibration, and altitude cycles characteristic of commercial fleet operations. PCB assembly is performed under IPC-A-610 and IPC J-STD-001 with SMT, BGA, conformal coating, underfill, and serialized configuration control.

Box build and LRU integration covers ATR, rack-mount, and panel-mount form factors with EMI shielding, thermal management, and shock and vibration isolation engineered into the assembly. Workmanship, environmental qualification, and acceptance test procedures are documented to the airworthiness expectations of commercial airframers and Tier-1 avionics integrators.
