Polytronix makes custom display assemblies for aerospace, defense, industrial, medical, and simulation programs — from 3.5” to 15” diagonal, with sunlight-readable LCDs up to 950 nits, NVIS filtering, optical bonding, touch integration, and ruggedized assembly under AS9100D, ISO 9001, and ITAR.

Overview

Polytronix designs and manufactures custom display assemblies for aerospace, defense, industrial, medical, and simulation applications requiring ruggedized performance, high optical clarity, and reliable operation in demanding environments. Our display capabilities support standalone LCD modules, integrated display head assemblies, bezel-integrated systems, touchscreen interfaces, and fully integrated operator-display platforms.

We manufacture display assemblies from 3.5” to 15” diagonal formats with support for sunlight-readable LCDs up to 950 nits, NVIS-compatible filtering, optical bonding, touchscreen integration, EMI shielding, and custom enclosure integration. Assemblies are configured to customer mechanical, electrical, environmental, and interface requirements for both retrofit and new-production programs.

Our engineering and manufacturing teams support complete integration of LCD modules, LED backlighting, driver boards, touchscreens, display controllers, heaters, filters, cable assemblies, and mounting hardware into ruggedized assemblies designed for aerospace and industrial operating environments. Depending on customer requirements, systems can incorporate resistive or capacitive touch technologies, custom video interfaces, embedded processing, signal conditioning, thermal-management systems, and environmental sealing features.

Polytronix supports display integration for cockpit systems, mission consoles, ground-support equipment, simulators, industrial operator interfaces, and custom electro-mechanical platforms. Manufacturing processes support ruggedization, vibration resistance, wide-temperature operation, and long-life display performance for mission-critical applications.
