Inside Sales Representative
Richardson, TX
Identify and develop new business opportunities, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle. This role connects prospective customers with Polytronix's custom-engineered display, electronic assembly, and manufacturing capabilities.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and targeted marketing initiatives
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns, website forms, phone calls, and local sales teams
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, purchasing timeline, decision-making authority, and overall fit
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and capability reviews tailored to customer requirements
- Communicate product features, benefits, and value clearly to prospective customers
- Manage opportunities from initial prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, and follow-up
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within established company guidelines
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and opportunity management
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer interactions, lead status, follow-up activities, opportunities, and account information
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Inside sales, business development, or lead qualification experience preferred
- Experience with custom-engineered products, electronics, or manufacturing is a plus
Quality Manager
Richardson, TX
Lead, maintain, and continuously improve Polytronix's quality management systems across precision machining and fabrication, cable and wire harness assembly, electronics, and electromechanical manufacturing. This is a full-time, on-site role in Richardson, Texas.
- Establish, standardize, maintain, and improve quality processes and the company's ISO 9001 quality management system
- Maintain ISO compliance and lead or support internal, customer, and registrar audits
- Manage nonconformances, corrective and preventive actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support customer and supplier quality issues from investigation through resolution
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and customer quality requirements
- Work with engineering and production teams to resolve manufacturing quality issues
- 2-5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience establishing, maintaining, and improving an ISO 9001 quality management system required
- AS9100D or ISO 13485 experience strongly preferred
- Experience with precision machining, fabrication, cable and wire harness assembly, or electronics manufacturing preferred
- Familiarity with AS9102, GD&T, CMM or metrology, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-610, or J-STD-001 is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Aerospace & Defense | Business Development Manager
Richardson, TX
Support growth across existing and new customer programs in an outside sales role focused on applying Polytronix capabilities across displays, panel assemblies, simulation systems, repair work, and cable or electromechanical assemblies.
- Experience working in or selling into aerospace and defense (e.g., military, repair stations, primes, simulation, etc.)
- Background with OEMs, suppliers, or component and sub-assembly manufacturers is helpful
- Familiarity with products such as displays, panels, cable/harness assemblies, or simulation systems and repair is a plus
- Understanding of how A&D programs are sourced and managed over time
- Comfortable working with engineers, buyers, and program managers
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow through on opportunities
- Willing to work on-site in Richardson, TX and travel as needed
Mechanical Engineer
Richardson, TX
Support the design and development of electromechanical sub-assemblies across the full product lifecycle, with emphasis on displays, panel assemblies, cable and harness systems, and integrated assemblies.
- Experience designing or supporting electromechanical or sub-assembly builds for aerospace, defense, or other related applications is helpful (e.g., simulation, etc.)
- Familiarity with panels, displays, cable/harness assemblies, or similar electromechanical sub-assembly hardware
- Experience working with drawings, tolerances, and build-to-print packages
- Comfortable working across engineering, quality, and production teams
- Practical understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, or similar)
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects or tasks at once
- Experience with CAD tools such as SOLIDWORKS or AutoCAD is a plus
Regional Sales Manager, West Coast
Richardson, TX
Develop and grow customer relationships across medical and industrial markets throughout the Western United States. This role identifies new business opportunities, supports existing accounts, and represents Polytronix's capabilities across displays, panel assemblies, PCB assembly, cable and wire harnesses, precision machining, and integrated electromechanical manufacturing solutions.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound prospecting, email campaigns, customer visits, and other business development activities
- Manage and support independent sales representatives within assigned territories
- Research target accounts, identify key decision makers, and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations, capability reviews, product demonstrations, and customer meetings
- Support marketing efforts including trade shows, industry events, and customer outreach activities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Work with internal engineering and operations teams to support customer requirements and quotations
- Address customer questions and objections while advancing opportunities toward award
- Outside sales or business development experience in electronics, manufacturing, aerospace & defense, medical, or industrial markets preferred
- Experience managing independent sales representatives or manufacturer representatives preferred
- General understanding of electronics, manufacturing processes, or custom-engineered products
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Experience developing new business opportunities and managing customer accounts
- US West Coast sales experience preferred
